Which plans include integrations

Integrations is one switch covering the widget, the plugins, and messaging. Off on Free, on for every paid plan — no partial tiers.

What it is

"Integrations" is one switch on your plan, and it covers three things at once:

  • the website widget — the chat bubble you paste onto your own pages,
  • the platform plugins — WordPress and the fourteen other cards in the Plugins gallery,
  • the messaging apps — WhatsApp, Telegram and the rest, under Integrations → Messaging.

It is off on Free and on for every paid plan. There is no tier where you get the widget but not the plugins, or the plugins but not messaging. If a plan includes integrations, it includes all three.

On Free you are not without a chatbot. You share its hosted link instead of embedding it — put it in your Instagram bio, your email signature, or a button on a site you cannot add code to. Everything else about the chatbot works identically: knowledge, instructions, conversations, and customers.

When you would use it

Read this before you promise a client WhatsApp support or a chat bubble on their Shopify store, and before you assume that upgrading solves a specific problem. Upgrading unlocks the ability to embed. It does not, on its own, raise your Call action allowance to whatever you need or make a messaging app available that is not being offered yet.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing. This page is owner-only — see Why Billing is missing if you cannot find it.
  2. Check your plan name and what it includes.
  3. On Free, use the hosted link. You will find it on Integrations → Messaging → Direct link.
  4. On any paid plan, open Integrations → Web to copy the plain snippet, or Integrations → Plugins to pick your platform.
  5. Add your website's domain to the allowlist on the Web tab before you test — see Allow the widget on your domains.
  6. Messaging apps live under Integrations → Messaging. Some may show Coming soon regardless of your plan.
  7. If you need more chatbots or more knowledge than your plan allows, look at the add-ons on the same Billing page before jumping a whole tier — see Extra chatbots and extra knowledge.

What is gated, and what is not

Gated by your plan: the website widget and its token, every platform plugin, the messaging channels, and how many Call actions each chatbot may have.

Not gated: the hosted chatbot page, knowledge, instructions, conversations, customers, analytics, and the Test Chatbot. You can build and refine a chatbot completely on Free and only pay when you want it on your own site.

Not decided by your plan at all: whether a given messaging app is being offered. Availability is set by Agentency, so WhatsApp can read Coming soon on a top-tier plan. That is not a billing fault — see Messaging channels availability.

What you will see

The Billing page shows your plan name, your usage meters, and the add-ons available to you.

On Free, Integrations → Web and Integrations → Plugins show an upgrade prompt. The Plugins tab still renders all fifteen platform cards, greyed out with a badge, so you can see exactly what upgrading buys.

On a paid plan those same tabs are live: the Web tab gives you the snippet and the allowlist, and the Plugins tab gives you per-platform install steps, from Wix and Squarespace through to Magento and Drupal.

Limits and plan notes

Every paid tier includes integrations. What differs between the tiers is quantity: how many chatbots, how much knowledge each one can hold, how many Call actions per chatbot, how many message credits per month, and how many people can share the account. See Plans and what you get for what each of those means in practice, and the pricing page for the current numbers.

Two limits are worth calling out because they are counted separately from anything above:

  • Call actions are their own allowance, per chatbot, and Free has none. Unlocking integrations does not give you unlimited actions — see What are Call actions?.
  • Message credits are consumed by conversations wherever they happen: widget, plugin, hosted page, or messaging app. Embedding on more sites does not increase your allowance — see How message credits work.

Billing changes, including upgrades, are owner-only. A team member cannot buy an upgrade, even one with full access to the chatbots.

Common problems

The Web tab tells me to upgrade but I already paid.

Confirm which account you are in. If you are viewing a client's or colleague's account through the account switcher, you are seeing their plan, not yours. Billing is hidden entirely in that context.

WhatsApp says Coming soon on a paid plan.

Messaging availability is independent of billing. Use the website widget or the hosted link in the meantime.

I upgraded and the plugin cards are still locked.

Reload the dashboard so it picks up the new subscription. If it persists, check that the subscription is on the account that owns the chatbot.

I downgraded and my widget stopped working.

Dropping to Free removes the integrations entitlement, and the widget stops loading on your site. The hosted link keeps working. Upgrade again and the same snippet resumes — you do not need to re-paste it.

I only need chat on one website. Do I need a bigger plan?

No. Every paid tier can embed. The reason to move up a tier is quantity — more chatbots, more knowledge, more actions, more credits — not access to embedding.

Common questions

Is there a tier with the widget but not the plugins?

No. Integrations is a single switch. If your plan includes it, you get the website widget, every platform plugin, and the messaging channels.

What can I still do on Free?

Everything except embedding: build knowledge, write instructions, test the chatbot, read conversations, and share the hosted link publicly.

Why is WhatsApp Coming soon on a paid plan?

Messaging availability is set by Agentency, not by your plan. Use the website widget or the hosted link until that channel is offered.

Can a team member buy an upgrade?

No. Billing is owner-only. Ask the account owner to open Settings → Billing.

I downgraded and my widget stopped. Do I re-paste it?

No. Upgrade again and the same snippet resumes working — nothing on your website needs to change.
