The integrations page

The public catalogue of messaging channels, website and store platforms, and the developer route into Agentency.

What it is

The integrations page at agentency.com/integrations is the public catalogue of everywhere a chatbot can talk and everywhere it can live. It answers one question: "will this work with what I already use?"

It covers three kinds of connection — messaging channels, websites and store platforms, and the developer route through our API or an automation tool.

When you would use it

Use it before signing up, when you need to confirm that your channel or your store platform is on the list. Use it again when someone in your team asks whether a particular app is supported and you want a link rather than an opinion.

Once you are signed in, the page stops being useful for setup. Connecting a channel is done in the dashboard, and every connection has its own article here with the real screens and the real gotchas.

Where to find it

Open Integrations in the top navigation of the public site, or go to the integrations page. It is also in the Product column of the footer, and every industry page links to it from its channels section.

What you will see

  • A hero summarising the idea: one chatbot, every channel, the same answers.
  • Where your chatbot talks — cards for the messaging channels, each with a short description and tags such as Sales, Support, or Community. The cards cover WhatsApp through the official Business API, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger, Slack, SMS, Discord, LINE, Viber, and WeChat.
  • Where your chatbot lives — cards for websites and stores: Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and a custom option for any other stack using the embed script or the ingest API.
  • A developer band about connecting your own tools through our API or through an automation service.
  • A closing call to action and a frequently asked questions block covering technical skill, setup time, languages, data safety, cancelling, and store platforms.

What the page does not tell you

Three things you will only find in the product or in this Help Center:

  • Which channels your plan includes. Messaging channels are a paid-plan capability. The pricing page comparison table is authoritative.
  • What each channel requires from you. Some need a business account with the messaging provider, a verified phone number, or an approval step that takes days rather than minutes. The Channels category covers each one.
  • What happens when a channel is unavailable. Availability can differ between channels; the dashboard shows you what you can actually switch on today.

Limits and plan notes

The page shows the full catalogue for the platform, not for your account. Free accounts get a shareable hosted link; the website widget's domain controls, messaging channels, and store plugins belong to paid plans. See Plans and what you get.

Common problems

My platform is not on the page.

If you can edit your site's theme or install a plugin, the widget will work — the named platforms are the ones with a documented path, not the complete list of what is possible. For anything else, the embed script goes into any HTML page.

A card lists a channel that I cannot switch on in my dashboard.

Check your plan first, then the channel's own requirements in the Channels category. Messaging providers approve business accounts on their own timetable, and that approval is not something we control. If neither explains it, ask through Contact support.

Common questions

Does the integrations page mean my plan includes those channels?

No. It shows the platform's full catalogue. Messaging channels belong to paid plans, and the pricing page comparison table is the authoritative answer for your plan.

My website platform is not listed. Can I still use Agentency?

Almost certainly. The named platforms are the ones with a documented path. If you can edit your site's theme or add a script tag to a page, the widget works.

Can I request an integration that does not exist yet?

Yes. The page has a request link, and support will pass it on. Knowing what customers actually ask for is how the list gets prioritised.

Do I connect a channel from this page?

No. It is a marketing catalogue. Connecting anything happens in your dashboard, and each connection has its own article in the Channels or Plugins and integrations category.
