What does Channels mean here?

An agent answers from your files, text, and crawled pages. It can book, open a ticket, or capture a lead when you turn that action on.

What content does it use?

The knowledge you add: uploads, pasted Q&A, and pages it is allowed to crawl. The reply can show that source.

Does it replace a help desk?

No. There is no shared inbox and no human takeover inside the chat. The agent can hand the thread to your team.

Create the agent, add the content, and connect a channel or the website widget. Messaging channels connect on a paid plan.

Where do prices live?

On the pricing page, from the live plan catalog. This page does not quote a price.
