The operator area is not documented here
Why the internal admin pages are deliberately out of scope, and where the dashboard equivalents of each task actually live.

What it is
Agentency has an internal administration area, reached at /admin, used by our own operations and support staff to run the service itself. It is roughly twenty-five pages, and it is not part of the product you subscribe to.
This Help Center does not document it. That is a deliberate decision rather than a gap: none of it is something a customer can open, and describing screens you cannot reach would only create confusion about what you are entitled to.
When you would use it
Never, unless you work for Agentency.
The reason this article exists is to answer the question honestly. If you have seen /admin mentioned somewhere, or you are auditing whether the documentation covers every page in the system, this is the answer: those pages exist, they belong to us, and they are out of scope here on purpose.
What you will see
In your account, nothing. There is no Admin entry in your sidebar, no hidden menu, and no setting that reveals one. A normal account — including the owner of a large paid account with every permission their own account can grant — never sees it. Opening the address directly gets you nowhere.
Being an owner of your own account is a different thing entirely from being an operator of the platform. Your own administrative powers over your own account are real and are fully documented: managing team members and their roles, billing, security settings, and every chatbot you own.
Where to go instead
Almost everything people expect to find under an "admin" heading is in your dashboard under a different name:
| If you are looking for | Go to |
|---|---|
| Adding people and setting what they can do | The Team workspaces category |
| Plan, invoices, and payment method | The Billing category, and the pricing page |
| Two-factor authentication and sign-in security | The Security and sign-in category |
| API keys for your own integrations | Personal access tokens |
| Usage and reporting | The Analytics category |
| Your customers' records and data deletion | The Customers and leads category |
Start from Find your way around the dashboard if you are not sure which page owns a task, or use the Help Center search.
Limits and plan notes
No plan includes access to the operator area — it is not a feature and it cannot be bought. Enterprise-style controls that customers sometimes ask about, such as single sign-on, are covered honestly on the security page in its list of what we do not offer yet.
Common problems
I was told to "check the admin panel" for something.
Whoever said that meant your own dashboard settings. Find the task in the table above, or search this Help Center for it.
I need something changed that I cannot change myself.
That is what support is for. Describe what you need through Contact support and an operator will handle it. Do not go looking for a screen — the request route is the support route.
I am building an integration and want the same reach an operator has.
Our public API is scoped to your own account by design, and that boundary is not adjustable. Build against what your account owns — see Personal access tokens and the Developer category.
Common questions
Will I ever see an Admin item in my navigation?
No. The operator area belongs to Agentency staff. No plan includes it, no permission reveals it, and opening the address directly gets you nowhere.
Someone told me to check the admin panel. Where is it?
They meant your own dashboard settings. Team members, billing, security and API keys all live there, each with its own article in this Help Center.
How do I get something changed that I cannot change myself?
Ask support. Describe what you need and an operator handles it — the request route is the support route, not a screen you are missing.
