The features page

What the public features page covers, how it differs from this Help Center, and where each capability is documented.

What it is

The features page at agentency.com/features is the marketing overview of what the platform does. It is a sales page, not a manual: it names each capability in one or two sentences and links you to a free account, while this Help Center explains how to actually operate each one.

The page is built from the same sections the home page uses, so the two can never disagree about what the product includes. If you have already read the home page, the features page is the longer version of the middle of it.

When you would use it

Use the features page when you are still deciding whether Agentency fits, when you are writing an internal summary for a colleague or a manager, or when someone asks "what can it do?" and you want one link to send them.

Do not use it to learn how something works. The moment your question becomes "how do I…", switch to this Help Center — start from What is Agentency? and use search.

Where to find it

Open Features in the top navigation of the public site, or go straight to the features page. It is also the first link in the Product column of the footer on every public page. You do not need an account to read it.

What you will see

Reading down the page:

  • A hero with the page's promise and two buttons: start a free account, or jump to the how-it-works walkthrough.
  • The feature grid — the platform's capabilities as short cards: knowledge, channels, conversations, analytics, brand voice, and human handoff.
  • A grounding section explaining that answers come from the knowledge you upload rather than the open web, and that the chatbot declines rather than guesses when it finds nothing relevant.
  • A platform preview showing what the dashboard looks like before you sign up.
  • A channels board listing the places a chatbot can answer: your website widget, a shareable link, and messaging apps.
  • Trust commitments and customer quotes.
  • A frequently asked questions block — the same general questions asked on the home page, about setup time, languages, data safety, and cancelling.
  • A closing call to action.

The wording of these sections is edited by our own team over time, so the exact phrasing may have moved on since this article was written. The set of capabilities is what stays stable.

Limits and plan notes

The features page describes the platform as a whole. It does not say which plan includes which capability — that is on the pricing page, where the comparison table is generated from the live plan catalogue. See Pricing page for how to read it.

Common problems

A feature on this page is not in my dashboard.

Two normal causes. First, plan: several capabilities are limited or switched off on the Free plan. Check the comparison table on the pricing page, and Plans and what you get. Second, availability: some messaging channels depend on approval from the messaging provider and are not instant.

The page describes something differently from an article here.

Trust the Help Center article — it is the product manual and is validated against the product. If the difference is significant, tell us through Contact support so we can fix the marketing copy.

Common questions

Is the features page the same as the home page?

It shares most of its sections with the home page on purpose, so the two can never disagree. The features page adds its own hero and drops the home page's pricing and calculator sections.

Does the features page say which plan includes what?

No. It describes the platform as a whole. The comparison table on the pricing page is the authoritative answer about plans, because it is generated from the live plan catalogue.

A feature is listed there but missing from my dashboard. Why?

Usually your plan, sometimes availability. Several capabilities are limited on the Free plan, and some messaging channels need approval from the messaging provider before they can be switched on.
