Question 1

Is the features page the same as the home page?

Accepted Answer

It shares most of its sections with the home page on purpose, so the two can never disagree. The features page adds its own hero and drops the home page's pricing and calculator sections.

Question 2

Does the features page say which plan includes what?

Accepted Answer

No. It describes the platform as a whole. The comparison table on the pricing page is the authoritative answer about plans, because it is generated from the live plan catalogue.

Question 3

A feature is listed there but missing from my dashboard. Why?

Accepted Answer

Usually your plan, sometimes availability. Several capabilities are limited on the Free plan, and some messaging channels need approval from the messaging provider before they can be switched on.

Question 4

Can I follow the five steps as instructions?

Accepted Answer

They are illustrations, not clickable steps. Use them to understand the shape of the work, then follow the Getting started category here for the real screens and paths.

Question 5

Is setup really only a few minutes?

Accepted Answer

Creating a chatbot is. Making it genuinely good at your business — clean knowledge and tested answers — usually takes a focused session, which the page's own FAQ says too.

Question 6

Why does the scroll animation not play for me?

Accepted Answer

The page respects your device's reduced-motion setting. If you have asked your system to reduce motion, the frames render without animation on purpose and no content is lost.

Question 7

Does the integrations page mean my plan includes those channels?

Accepted Answer

No. It shows the platform's full catalogue. Messaging channels belong to paid plans, and the pricing page comparison table is the authoritative answer for your plan.

Question 8

My website platform is not listed. Can I still use Agentency?

Accepted Answer

Almost certainly. The named platforms are the ones with a documented path. If you can edit your site's theme or add a script tag to a page, the widget works.

Question 9

Can I request an integration that does not exist yet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The page has a request link, and support will pass it on. Knowing what customers actually ask for is how the list gets prioritised.

Question 10

Do I connect a channel from this page?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a marketing catalogue. Connecting anything happens in your dashboard, and each connection has its own article in the Channels or Plugins and integrations category.

Question 11

Is there a different product for each industry?

Accepted Answer

No. There is one Agentency. An industry page changes the starting template, the example questions and the highlighted channels — never the platform underneath.

Question 12

Is my chatbot trained on other businesses in my industry?

Accepted Answer

Never. Knowledge stays inside your own account. The page describes the kind of questions your industry gets asked; the answers come only from what you upload or crawl.

Question 13

Can I change the template after I have started?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The template only seeds the first chatbot. You can change its instructions, knowledge, channels and actions at any time, with nothing to migrate.

Question 14

My industry is not one of the thirty. What now?

Accepted Answer

Start from the closest page, or the general customer-support one, and train it on your own documents. The thirty pages are entry points, not a list of who the product suits.

Question 15

Why does the Help Center never list prices?

Accepted Answer

Because a copied number goes stale silently and you would not know which source to believe. The pricing page reads the live catalogue that also enforces limits and charges your card.

Question 16

Why is the price different when I switch the toggle?

Accepted Answer

The page defaults to yearly billing because it is cheaper, and shows the monthly equivalent of an annual plan. Switching to monthly billing shows the higher monthly-billing figure.

Question 17

Are messaging provider fees included in my plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Your plan covers the AI and the platform. A messaging network bills its own fees directly to you depending on message type and country. We never mark those up or hide them.

Question 18

Will I be charged automatically if I run out of messages?

Accepted Answer

No. You are notified before you get there, and buying a top-up or upgrading is your decision. Nothing beyond your subscription is charged without your say-so.

Question 19

Where do I send a security questionnaire?

Accepted Answer

Read the security page first — it answers most questionnaires directly, including the parts we cannot claim. Anything left over goes to the address published on that page.

Question 20

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Accepted Answer

No, and the page says so plainly in its own words. We describe our practices; we have not been audited against those frameworks. Tell us if you need one so we can prioritise.

Question 21

Can I choose which region my data lives in?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Your account runs in our primary region, and that limitation is listed on the security page rather than left for you to discover in a sales call.

Question 22

How do I report a vulnerability?

Accepted Answer

Use the address on the security page rather than the ordinary contact form. Disclosure reports are answered before general security questions.

Question 23

Why does my chatbot say it does not know instead of answering?

Accepted Answer

That is the first commitment on the about page working as intended. It answers from your approved knowledge or declines, because a confident wrong answer costs more than no answer.

Question 24

Do you sell or share my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Your knowledge and conversations exist to serve your own chatbot. Remove a source and it is gone from what the chatbot searches.

Question 25

Do I pay for every teammate?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans include team members, and you pay for the messages your chatbot sends. The pricing page shows how many members each plan includes.

Question 26

Is the blog the same as this Help Center?

Accepted Answer

No. The blog gives opinions and playbooks and is written at a point in time. This Help Center is the product manual and wins whenever the two disagree about how a feature behaves.

Question 27

What is the difference between a blog category and a topic?

Accepted Answer

A category is the article's home section, so an article has one. Topics are cross-cutting tags, so an article can carry several. Both have their own filtered pages.

Question 28

I subscribed but got no confirmation email. What happened?

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder, then try again. The success message is shown whether or not the address is valid or already subscribed, so it is not proof the email arrived.

Question 29

Does unsubscribing affect my Agentency account?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The digest and your account are unrelated. Service and security emails about your account are not part of the digest and keep arriving.

Question 30

Which page covers AI answers being wrong?

Accepted Answer

The terms of service. It states that AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect, and that you should review critical workflows, configure human escalation and keep your knowledge accurate.

Question 31

Do these pages cover my own customers' data?

Accepted Answer

No. They govern your use of Agentency. The privacy notice you owe the visitors who chat with your chatbot is yours to write; we give you the retention and erasure controls.

Question 32

How do I change my cookie choices?

Accepted Answer

Use the change cookie settings control on the cookie policy page. Strictly necessary cookies stay, because they are how the site keeps you signed in and remembers your choice.

Question 33

How do I know whether a policy has changed?

Accepted Answer

Each page shows a last-updated date near the title. Check it before assuming the version you read last quarter is still current.

Question 34

Will I ever see an Admin item in my navigation?

Accepted Answer

No. The operator area belongs to Agentency staff. No plan includes it, no permission reveals it, and opening the address directly gets you nowhere.

Question 35

Someone told me to check the admin panel. Where is it?

Accepted Answer

They meant your own dashboard settings. Team members, billing, security and API keys all live there, each with its own article in this Help Center.

Question 36

How do I get something changed that I cannot change myself?

Accepted Answer

Ask support. Describe what you need and an operator handles it — the request route is the support route, not a screen you are missing.
