Setup

With your own app credentials. Paste the token the vendor gives you. If the vendor asks for a callback, paste the URL and verify token Agentency shows.
Open the vendor screen
Start in the Viber Admin Panel, and create a bot account.
Copy the credentials
Copy the bot auth token from the Viber Admin Panel.
Connect, and we register the webhook
Paste the bot auth token from the Viber Admin Panel into Agentency. Agentency registers the webhook. You do not paste a URL into the vendor.
Send a test message
Send a message on this channel and confirm the agent replies from your content.
