Setup

Copy the credentials
Copy the Twilio Account SID, the auth token, and an SMS-capable number in E.164 format.
Paste them into Agentency
In Channels, paste the Twilio Account SID, the auth token, and an SMS-capable number in E.164 format.
Connect, and we register the webhook
Paste the Twilio Account SID, the auth token, and an SMS-capable number in E.164 format into Agentency. Agentency registers the webhook. You do not paste a URL into the vendor.
Send a test message
