Open the vendor screen
Start in Meta for Developers, on an app with the WhatsApp product.
Copy the credentials
Copy a permanent access token, the phone number ID, and the app secret.
Paste them into Agentency
In Channels, paste a permanent access token, the phone number ID, and the app secret.
Paste the callback
Copy the callback URL and verify token Agentency shows, then paste them into WhatsApp → Configuration, and subscribe to messages.
