Setup
WordPress
Copy the widget snippet, or on WordPress install the official plugin and paste an API key. Then allow the site domain.
Open the vendor screen
Start in WordPress, and install the official Agentency plugin.
Copy the credentials
Copy an API key with the widget:manage scope, from Settings → Developer.
Paste them into Agentency
In Channels, paste an API key with the widget:manage scope, from Settings → Developer.
Send a test message
Start in WordPress → Settings → Agentency Chatbot. Choose the agent and save. The plugin registers the site domain.
What this install does
WordPress
This is the official WordPress plugin. Connect it with an API key that has the widget:manage scope. It does not copy posts or products into Agentency.
