Does this import my catalog?

No. Nothing here copies products or orders into Agentency. Order lookup is a separate action you can connect later.

WordPress has the official plugin. Every other platform on this list is a snippet you paste. None of them copy a product catalog.

Why would the widget not appear?

The site domain has to be on Allowed Domains for the web widget. A missing domain blocks the snippet.

Setup

Copy the widget snippet, or on WordPress install the official plugin and paste an API key. Then allow the site domain.

Copy the credentials
Copy the widget snippet from the dashboard.
Open the vendor screen
Start in Settings → Code injection, in the Site Header field.
Paste them into Agentency
In Channels, paste the widget snippet from the dashboard.
Allow the domain
Add the site domain to Allowed Domains on the Web widget tab. Without that, the widget does not load.
